Will the grease be cut down?

Recently some fast food places stated that they will be changing to a lighter, healthier cooking oil. Hopefully they will deliver.  People like to consume fast food now and then and it would be so great if that could be done sans a truckload of grease. Yes fast food is basically not good for you, but if you do want it once and a great while and you can get it without the heavy grease factor  that would rock.  Let's all hope that it will happen and that it is just not marketing fluff

Wendy's just announced it has switched to new oil this month. McDonald's promised to do something like this about 4 years ago but never delivered. I haven't seen any major marketing blitzes from Wendy's lately about this switch yet, which is surprising.
