Recently some fast food places stated that they will be changing to a lighter, healthier cooking oil. Hopefully they will deliver. People like to consume fast food now and then and it would be so great if that could be done sans a truckload of grease. Yes fast food is basically not good for you, but if you do want it once and a great while and you can get it without the heavy grease factor that would rock. Let's all hope that it will happen and that it is just not marketing fluff

| Wendy's just announced it has switched to new oil this month. McDonald's promised to do something like this about 4 years ago but never delivered. I haven't seen any major marketing blitzes from Wendy's lately about this switch yet, which is surprising. |
