A while ago, we featured an article about food and wine pairing.
But now, we take this a huge step further, by automatically pairing recipes with wines. At the bottom of most recipe pages, you'll find a Wine Pairing list of wines that we figure might go well with that particular recipe.
How do we do it?
Through a sophisticated system that automatically analyzes each recipe, DamnGoodRecipes.com figures out what the dominant flavors are and matches up wines to that.
