Heroin Chicken Wings

Wings coated in cheese and seasonings. Great reheated but even better fresh out of the oven.

Original recipe serves 10.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 cup butter ; melted
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese ; grated
4 pounds chicken wings

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. Dip each wing in melted butter, and roll in the cheese mixture to coat. Arrange wings in the baking pan, and bake for 1 hour.

These were good. Apparently they are called "Heroin" wings because they are addictive! We tried this with a variation: adding grated asiago cheese. That gives it even more flavour.
