Amaretto Hot Cocoa

This is hot chocolate with an almond and coffee twist.

Original recipe serves 1.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon amaretto
3 teaspoons cocoa ; powdered
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur

Preparation:

Combine dry ingredients in a large mug. Microwave the milk for about 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH or until hgot. Pour the milk into the mug of dry ingredients, stirring. Stir in the vanilla extract, amaretto and coffee liqueur. Makes 1 serving.

Or just use instant hot chocolate and add the Amaretto and coffee liqueur.
