This Bulgarian soup makes a great light meal or appetizer.

Original recipe serves 6.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup walnuts ; finely chopped
3 large cucumber ; peeled, seeded and diced
32 ounces yogurt ; lowfat
1/2 cup dill ; fresh, chopped

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and refridgerate for at least 3 hours before servings. Yields 6 servings.
