A penne pasta salad with parmesan cheese and veggies

Original recipe serves 8.

Ingredients

1 cup tomatoes ; halved
1 pound tuna
3 parmesan cheese
8 ounces penne
1/2 cup olives ; chopped
2 olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup onions
9 ounces green beans ; frozen

Preparation:

Cook and drain pasta. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, stir and cook until softened. Stir in tuna, frozen green beans (thawed) and chopped olives. Stir in tomatoes, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and pepper. Serve with additional cheese.
