Zesty shrimp. It's easy and light.
Original recipe serves 3.

Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Melt butter in a large skillet until sizzling, and add garlic and pepper strips. Cook over medium heat, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes or until peppers are crispy tender. Add lemon juice and shrimp, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn pink, 1 to 2 minutes. Add cooked pasta and lemon zest. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 3 servings.
