A Mexican sauce made from tomatillos.

Original recipe serves 40.

Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

salt ; to taste
1 small onions
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch coriander ; finely chopped
20 tomatillos
5 serrano chile peppers ; green

Preparation:

Soften tomatillos and chilies in a little water but do not overcook. Peel and blend with the onion and salt. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
