Feta and Spinach dip

A classic spinach dip with feta cheese.

Original recipe serves 6.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic ; crushed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup feta cheese ; crumbled
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
8 ounces yogurt ; low fat
1 tablespoon dill
1 1/2 cups spinach ; finely chopped

Preparation:

Spoon yogurt onto several layers of paper towels. Cover with another layer of paper towels and let stand for 5 minutes. Scrape yogurt off of the paper towel with a rubber spatula into food processor. Add garlic, sour cream and cheeses, and process until smooth. Transfer mixture into a medium bowl and combine with spinach, pepper and dill. Cover and chill. Yields 2 cups.
