Seasoned, fried greek meat balls

Original recipe serves 5.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons sugar
olive oil
all-purpose flour
2 egg(s)
black pepper ; to taste
1 pound beef ; ground
1 onions ; chopped
oregano ; to taste
cumin ; to taste
salt ; to taste
1 quart tomato paste

Preparation:

Combine meat and eggs. Add onions, cumin, salt and pepper. Form into balls and turn in flour to coat. Fry in oil on high heat, until cooked through. Add tomato paste and sugar, cooking for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with rice if desired.
