Glazed turkey with lemon egg noodles

Directions
Preheat broiler and prepare broiler pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a small saucepan, prepare glaze by combining margerine, thyme, salt, pepper and honey. Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes to until thick. Place turkey slices onto broiler pan. Brush slices with half of the glaze. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is tender and no longer pink. Turn once and brush with remaining glaze. Stir juices from broiler pan, lemon juice and green onions into noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve turkey with noodles. Makes 4 servings.
