Use with fish, meat, chicken or vegetables.

Original recipe serves 4.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon parsley ; dried
1 clove garlic ; minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon thyme ; dried
1/4 teaspoon marjoram ; dried
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Preparation:

Combine garlic, Dijon mustard, marjarom, thyme and vinegar in a small bowl. Stir in black pepper and olive oil. Use immediately and do not store. Makes about 1 cup of marinade.
