Chili Mac Casserole

A meaty, cheesy, and hearty casserole

Original recipe serves 5.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 medium onions
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 pound beef
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups macaroni

Preparation:

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Brown ground beef and onion. Add tomato sauce and cook gently. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle a little cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. For extra gurth,add 1 can of kidney beans, if you want. :o)

My recipe is almost the same, I like to cut up 2 or 3 three hot sasuages and add them in to the mix.
