Cook the flat egg noodles in boiling water for seven minutes. Drain noodles and spoon them into a glass baking dish
Blend together the milk, sugar, cream cheese, eggs, apricot nectar abd melted butter. Beat mixture for 2 minutes with a wire wisk.
Add mixture to noodles in the glass baking dish. Bake
at 350 for about one hour, until pudding is set and top is golden brown
