Sounds like a mistake, but it's become quite popular in Italian restaurants

Original recipe serves 4.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

salt
1 clove garlic ; finely minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 head broccoli ; use only the flowerettes..toss the stems

Preparation:

Saute the minced garlic in the olive oil. In a baking pan, arrange the broccoli tops in a single layer. Sprinkle the garlic and oil over the broccoli. Lightly salt to taste. Bake for one hour at 350. Broccoli will be crunchy, flavorful, and look burnt.
