A chunky tomato dip that goes great with crackers.

Original recipe serves 20.

Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1 cup tomatoes ; chopped
1/4 cup onions ; red, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper ; chopped
1/2 cup cucumber ; chopped
1/4 cup Italian dressing

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cover. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Makes 2 1/4 cup of dip or 20 servings.
