Ingredients

1 tablespoon basil ; ground
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour ; or just enough to cover chicken
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound chicken ; boneless, skinless breast cutlets
3 cloves garlic ; chopped and crushed
2 teaspoons parsley ; ground
1 cup white wine
3 tablespoons oregano ; ground
1/2 cup chicken broth
