Play around with the spice levels to suit your tastes. Serve with tortilla chips or tacos.

Original recipe serves 6.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon cumin
4 tomatoes ; minced finely
1 tablespoon water
1 onions ; red, minced finely
2 avocados ; peeled, mashed or cubed
2 teaspoons cilantro
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 limes ; juiced
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine spices with the water. Add remaining ingredients, and combine well to coat. Let stand for a few minutes and serve. Yield, 2-3 cups.
