Ancient dairy drink

Original recipe serves 4.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1/2 pound almonds ; very finely chopped or processed
1 1/2 tablespoons almond extract
sugar ; Enough to taste
1 quart water ; add into blender/processor

Preparation:

Combine almonds and 1 quart of water in a blender/food processor; bled until as smooth as it gets. Let sit for 10-20 mins. Strain through fine mesh strainer. Add almond extract refrigerate for up to 3 days.
