Grilled chicken marinated in citrus marinade. It's crazy!

Original recipe serves 6.

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 pounds chicken ; halved
1 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoons orange juice
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup butter ; melted
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup onions ; minced
2 tablespoons garlic ; minced

Preparation:

Combine all incredients except chicken in large, nonmetallic shallow pan. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight if possible. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium coals, or broil 4 inches from heat until browned, turning and basting with remaining marinade, about 25 minutes. Slice chicken and serve with torillas, beans, rice and/or salsa. Serves 6.
