Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

A tasty vinaigrette with sun dried tomato and green pepper. Serve with your salad of choice.

Original recipe serves 6.

Ingredients

4 ounces sun dried tomatoes
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup basil ; fresh, minced
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 cup green onions ; chopped
salt ; to taste
black pepper ; to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 1 cup or 6 servings.
