Farfalle Tuna Salad

A mediterranean variety of the Nicoise Salad, with tuna, garlic, parmesan cheese and vegetables.

Original recipe serves 5.

Ingredients

6 1/2 ounces tuna ; white, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces feta cheese
2 cloves garlic ; minced
12 ounces farfalle
1/4 cup red bell pepper ; diced
2 tablespoons celery
3/4 cup olives ; halved
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese ; grated

Preparation:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, draining well. Meanwhile, make the dressing in a bowl by combining the cheeses, mayonnaise, black pepper and garlic. Add tuna, olives and bell pepper to dressing and combine well. Add pasta to dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 5.
