Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 salt
  • 1 bunch rhubarb ; or a small package of frozen
  • 3 egg(s)
  • Directions

    Prepare pie crust for a 2 crust pie. Mix, sugar, , cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Take that the 3 beaten eggs and the flour and pour over the rhubarb. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, then on 350 for 20 minutes longer.
