Papaya and Red Onion Salsa

A somewhat spicy salsa

Original recipe serves 6.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

2 cups papayas
1/2 cup onions
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt ; to taste
black pepper ; to taste
1 jalapeno pepper ; stemmed, seeded and minced
1/4 cup cilantro

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Let sit for about 5 mins., then taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a couple of hours. (Bring back to room temp. before serving.)
