Ingredients

1 pound pork ; chops
4 whole potatoes ; quartered
1 ear corn ; cleaned, husked and quartered
1 clove garlic ; minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onions ; chopped
1/8 cup bread crumbs

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pork chops in the center of a piece of lightly greased aluminum foil. Arrange corn and potatoes around chops, and cover with water, soy and Worchestershire sauce. Sprinkle with the garlic and onion, and top with the bread crumbs. Close the foil around all to form a sealed pouch. Line a baking dish with another sheet of foil, and place the pouch on the baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender and pork chops are cooked through.
