Juicy meatballs

Original recipe serves 6.

Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1 pound beef
1 1/2 cups oatmeal ; Uncooked
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup onions
all-purpose flour ; Enough for rolling meatballs into

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls. Roll in flour- brown- add some tomato sauce simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
