Ingredients

1 cup potatoes
1 cup celery
1 cup peas
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup onions
1/4 cup white rice
1 cup tomatoes ; canned
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup water ; or chicken stock

Preparation:

Combine vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Place casserole with the water/chicken stock in a 350F degree oven for 1 hour.
