Very easy and quite spicy.

Original recipe serves 8.

Scaling (About scaling and units)

Ingredients

5 tomatoes ; roma, seeded
2 jalapeno pepper ; seeded
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
10 green onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation:

Combine the jalapeno peppers, green onions and tomatoes in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Drain any excess liquid from the tomatoes. Transfer to another bowl and stir in black pepper, garlic powder, lime juice and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.

This was very good. Adjust amount of salt and hot sauce to taste.
