A variety of fruits with honey and cinnamon

Original recipe serves 12.

Ingredients

2 bananas ; large
3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 mangoes ; ripe but firm, peeled seeded, and cut
2 cups grapes ; red and green seedless grapes
1 pineapples ; peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation:

Gently toss banana slices in 1/4 of the pineapple juice. Combine mangoes, grapes and pineapple in a large bowl. Whisk rest of pineapple juice, honey and cinnamon. Pour over fruit and toss, add the remaining bananas.
