Ingredients

3 cups milk
10 pounds ham ; spiral cut, fully cooked
1 pound brown sugar
60 ounces pineapples ; crushed, canned

Preparation:

Trim away any fat on the ham and place in a roasting pan. Pour milk over the ham, until it is about 1/4 inch deep in the roasting pan. Pack a generous coating of brown sugar onto the ham, and then cover with a generous layer of pineapple. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Place roasting pan, still covered, into oven and roast for 30 minutes. Remove foil, baste with the juices from the pan and roast for another 30 minutes or until ham is thoroughly heated.
