Ingredients

1 pound sausage
1 cup olive oil
1 onions
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
28 ounces vegetable broth ; 2 14 ounce cans
15 ounces black beans ; 1 15 ounce can
1 cup corn
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 cup tortilla chips ; crushed

Preparation:

In a large saucepan,brown sausage in olive oil. Add onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Cook 3 mins. Add remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 5 mins. to blend flavors. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips.
