Some pasta, some vegetables, and cheese

Original recipe serves 6.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mushroom
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups broccoli ; brocolli florets
8 ounces spaghetti ; 1 8 ounce package
2 cups turkey ; cubed cooked
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a large skillet, brown mushrooms with garlic in butter. Stir in 1 can of Broccoli and cheese soup with sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients except .5 cup of the cheese. Spoon mixture into a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with reserved .5 cup of cheese. Bake 25 mins. or until hot and bubbly.
