Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven
. Add the kale, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook until the water evaporates. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cayenne and garlic, and saute for 1 minute. Add the kale and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring. Transfer kale to a large bowl and toss with the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish
with sesame seeds.
