A tiny tasty tidbit to keep hunger at bay

Directions
Combine almonds, ground beef, ham, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, salt and egg yolk in a large mixing bowl. Shape into mid-sized balls using hands. Place on baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and chill about 30 mins.
Use 1 inch cookie cutters to make designs out of the cheese.
Cook over medium heat until brown. Take a cheese design, place a completed meatball over it and secure it using a tooth pick. Repeat process until ingredients are gone.
