Ice Cream blended with Mango and brown sugar

Original recipe serves 4.

Ingredients

2 medium mangoes ; ripe, peeled, cubed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk

Preparation:

Place mango and sugar in a blender; cover. Process to make a thick puree. Add ice cream and sugar; blend again. Serve in parfait glasses with a sprig of mint if desired.
