A sweet and spicy drink

Original recipe serves 4.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves
4 cardamom ; pods
8 slices ginger
1 stick cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon mint

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients with 1 quart of water in a saucepan with a lid over medium heat; bring to a boil. Cover and turn off heat and steep for 20 mins. Strain, reheat and serve. (You can also refrigerate it for a couple of days and then serve it cold).
