Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish

A great side dish with a ton of flavor. Serve on turkey.

Original recipe serves 4.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

2 cups cranberries ; fresh, washed
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish ; prepared
1/2 cup sugar
1 small onions

Preparation:

Grind the onion and cranberries together, or combine in a food processor until chunky (not puree). Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Put in a plastic container and freeze, at least overnight. Move from the freezer to the refigerator to thaw. The relish will be thick, creamy, and pink.
