A blueberry filling wrapped in a fried crepe.

Original recipe serves 4.

Scaling (About scaling and units)

Ingredients

4 tablespoons sugar ; 1 tbsp for batter, 3 for filling
1/2 teaspoon salt ; for batter
1 1/2 cups blueberries ; for filling
2 tablespoons butter
3 egg(s) ; for batter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour ; sifted, for batter
1 1/2 cups milk ; for batter
1 tablespoon cornstarch ; for filling

Preparation:

Mix batter ingredients and let stand for 1 hour, or chill for longer periods. Spread in pan and fry in butter to make crepes. Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix filling and spread over cooked crepes. Roll them up, place in a baking pan and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Serve warm with sour cream.
