Ham, Pineapple and Cheese Spread

This is a rather...interesting spread. Serve it with crackers or vegetables.

Original recipe serves 16.

Scaling (About scaling and units)

Ingredients

1 cup ham ; chopped steak (about 6 ounces)
1/4 cup pineapples ; canned, crushed and drained
8 ounces cream cheese ; softened
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 medium jalapeno pepper ; seeded and chopped
3 green onions ; chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ; toasted
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese ; shredded

Preparation:

Combine cheeses, jalapeno pepper, cayenne pepper, pineapple and green onions in a food processor. Process until well blended. Add the ham and mix well to blend. Spoon the mixture into a small bowl, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
