A very spicy creole seasoning blend. Adjust the cayenne to taste if you like it milder.

Original recipe serves 20.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons oregano ; dried
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
5 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons basil ; dried
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon thyme ; dried

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
