BBQ Ranch Chicken Dip

A easy appetizer made with ranch dressing and BBQ sauce

Original recipe serves 18.

Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

6 ounces chicken ; grilled, chopped
8 ounces Neufchatel cheese ; or cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup red bell pepper ; chopped
2 whole green onions ; sliced

Preparation:

Spread Neufchatel cheese on the bottom of a microvable 9 inch plate. Top with BBQ sauce and chicken. Microwave on high power until heated through, or about 2 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with crackers and/or vegetables. Original recipe makes 2 1/4 cups or 18 servings at 2 tbsp per serving.
