Use this mock mayo with potato or egg salad sandwich, or as a spread.

Original recipe serves 2.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

4 teaspoons lemon juice
0.24 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch white pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons evaporated milk

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, combine paprika, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and milk. Beat oil in gradually, and then add lemon juice. Store covered, in the refrigerator. Original recipe makes 3/4 cup.
