Ingredients (serves 9)

  • 1 cup colby-monterey jack cheese ; shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese ; shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese ; shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese ; shredded
  • 1 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces macaroni
  • salt ; to taste
  • Directions

    Fill a large pot with some water and add a dash of salt. Bring it to a boil, and then add the macaroni. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Preheat an oven to 350F (175C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan, or spray with cooking spray.

    Spread a layer of cheddar cheese onto the bottom of the pan. Add a thin layer of macaroni. Add the provolone, and another layer of macaroni. Add the mozzarella, and then another layer of macaroni. Finally, add the remaining layer with the colby-monterey jack. Pour the beaten egg over the top, and then pour on the milk.

    Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
