Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 3 avocados ; pitted, peeled, and mashed
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper ; ground
  • 1 limes ; juiced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro ; fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup onions ; diced
  • 2 tomatoes ; roma
  • 1 teaspoon garlic ; minced

  • Directions

    Mash the avocado, salt and lime juice together in a medium bowl.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients and combine well.

    For best flavor, refrigerate one hour before serving.
