Don't let those pumpkin seeds to go waste on Halloween! Roast them with this recipe for a great snack.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons butter ; melted
  • In My Kitchen

  • You will also need: baking sheet


    Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Toss the seeds in a bowl with the butter and salt.

    Spread seeds evenly out onto a baking sheet into a thin layer. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally.
