Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 21 1/2 ounces mushroom soup ; 2 cans
  • 2 cups peas
  • 24 ounces tuna ; 2 cans
  • 6 ounces egg noodles ; cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs ; plain
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk

  • You will also need: casserole dish


    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna, and noodles in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Bake for 30 mins. Sprinkle butter/breadcrumb mixture on top. Bake for 4 more mins or until golden brown.
