Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream ; low-fat vanilla

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
