An Argentinian beef marinade

Original recipe serves 6.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oregano ; fresh, chopped
1/4 cup parsley ; fresh, chopped
2 cloves garlic ; minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 cup sherry vinegar

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a glass container. Mix well. Store in a refrigerator for up to two weeks.
