Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 pound chicken breast halves ; skinless, cut into strips
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup onions ; chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic ; minced
  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste

  • You will also need: whisk

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.

    Add chicken and marinade to a large skillet over medium high heat and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
