Three Cheese Baked Ziti

Ingredients

1 cup mozzarella cheese ; shredded
2 egg(s) ; beaten
26 ounces tomato sauce ; Use your favorite spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
15 ounces ricotta cheese
1 pound ziti ; cooked and drained

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese. Set aside. In another bowl throughly combine pasta and sauce. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spoon 1/2 of the pasta mixture; evenly top with cheese mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle the top with mozzerella cheese. Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with additional pasta sauce if desired.
